PVC boots with internal metal protective toe caps and metal puncture resistant midsoles

Model features: men's PVC boots (with a metal insole and a metal toe cap) are designed to protect the legs against mechanical influences (abrasion, punctures, cuts, toe impacts up to 200 J), water, general industrial pollution, acid solutions (20 % to 50 %) and alkalis (20 % to 50 %), crude oil, petroleum oils, heavy fraction products, vegetable oils and fats, and against slipping on greasy surfaces.
PVC boots are made by injection molding from a polymer composition (polyvinyl chloride) on an injection machine using the three-component injection technology.
The mold of the boot considers all the features of the structure and function of the foot, as well as constructive and decorative lines, calibers, heights, and sole thickness.
The shoes are all-molded, including those with a metal toe cap and a metal insole, which ensures high strength, tightness and protection.
The base of the boot is a stocking made of polyester fiber.
Boots have anti-slip grooved soles.
Preferred areas of application: oil and gas processing, oil and gas production, light industry.
