TECHNOGARD series footwear is manufactured by direct molding of polyurethane and thermoplastic polyurethane materials. In accordance with construction features and markings TECHNOGARD series footwear provides protection against fuels, petrochemicals and alkaline solutions with a concentration of up to 20%, mechanical threats, non-toxic dust and general industrial pollutants.

• TECHNOGARD series footwear is made of thermostatic water-repellent leather (Russia) (1.8 to 2.0 mm thick).
• Two-layer sole resistant to chemicals, such as fuels, petrochemicals and alkaline solutions with a concentration of up to 20%.
  • The shock-absorbing polyurethane midsole reduces shock loads and makes the footwear light, comfortable and highly heat-resistant.
  • The outsole is made of wear-resistant, heat-resistant and frost-resistant (−40°C to +120°C) thermoplastic polyurethane, which additionally provides slip resistance (lug depth: 4.5 mm), stability and chafing resistance.
• Steel toe cap for forefoot protection. Maximum impact: 200 J (MIL 200).
• Secure flap prevents any ingress of moisture, dust, or small objects.
• Soft piping protects against side impacts.
• ARTICO POR water-absorbing removable insole for greater comfort to the wearer.
• Combined lining consisting of split leather and polyester fabric ensures a high level of water-absorbency.
• Specially designed last ensures comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
• Intended for use in various industries: oil-and-gas, mining, power, chemical, ferrous and non-ferrous metal industry, transportation and agriculture.
